- I am the founder and CEO of Brand and Reputation Management LLC, which helps companies build their reputation by connecting the critical internal stakeholder areas, namely marketing strategy, brand management and organizational engagement. I have nearly 30-years of experience as a corporate marketing and communications officer, academic and consultant. I was Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing and Communications at Nortel, and Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications at Bayer Corp. I also was Managing Partner of an e-business consulting firm, and earlier in my career was Marketing Communications Group Manager at DuPont. I have taught at universities in both the US and Canada and continue to consult to a variety of companies. Currently, I am Clinical Professor of Marketing and Executive Director of the Center for Corporate Reputation Management at the LeBow College of Business, Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA, USA. I received my Ph.D. from Penn State University in 1977.
